Unplugging From ‘Screens’ Could Reconnect Lives

Are our digital lives alienating us from our physical ones? We’ve all experienced an over dependence on technology such as a coworker sending an IM when they are only one desk away from you. What about a family member upstairs using a cellphone to call the home phone down stairs to have a conversation? Sometimes it is best to unplug and take a digital break in order to reconnect with our real lives.
